Fees
Fees include all meals for your child and lunch or full afternoon tea for children who are attending part time.
The nursery is open for 51 weeks per year – only closing over Christmas and New Years and all Bank Holidays.
Nursery Education Grant entitlement is for 38 weeks which are organised around school terms.

Holidays and Sickness
Two weeks per year are allowed to be taken at half fees providing a month’s notice is received. There is no charge for bank holidays or when the nursery is closed. Holidays are on a pro-rata basis. Full fees are charged for the first two weeks of illness, after which a retainer of 50% of full fees will be charged.

Grants and Childcare Vouchers
The childcare grants are now available for all children the term after their third birthday.
Your child may be eligible for up to five, two and half hour sessions (for 38 weeks per year) under the nursery grant scheme. These sessions are available at the following times:
9.00 - 11.30 or 12.30 - 3.00
Two sessions may be booked so that one follows another on the same day. Lunch can then be arranged but an additional fee will be charged. The fee includes a healthy meal and the additional hours care for your child.
We are registered as a provider with Chester City Council Early Years and Ofsted which enables us to accept the childcare grant, commencing the term after a child’s 3rd birthday. We also accept vouchers from Busy Bees and Accor.

Cancellation or Withdrawal
One full month’s notice must be given in writing before the withdrawal of a child.
